Cancellations

If a lesson needs to be cancelled, please give at least 24 hours' notice to arrange a make-up lesson.

No show lessons cannot be made up or rescheduled.

Tuition

Payment must be made prior to the start of lessons.

Materials & Books

Students are responsible for purchasing their own books and materials. Specific editions or resources will be recommended and discussed with the student and their parent.

Sickness Policy

If you're feeling unwell, especially with symptoms like a fever, cough, or stomach issues, please stay home. A virtual lesson may be offered if you're up to it.

Illness-related cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for a make-up, depending on availability. Thanks for helping keep the studio healthy!
